Muhlenberg County Schools is aware of a school bus accident that occurred this morning involving one of our district buses, bus #124 . We are thankful to report that all middle and high school students along with the bus driver safely evacuated the bus and there have been only minor injuries reported.
Out of an abundance of care and support for our students, additional counselors have been made available at both Muhlenberg County Middle School and Muhlenberg County High School for any students who may need assistance following the incident.
We appreciate the quick response of emergency personnel and school staff. The safety and well-being of our students and employees remains our highest priority.
